Cleaning Fee (optional $50):

Note: Each cabin is inspected after each stay. If cleaning or laundry service is required, there will be an additional charge to the security deposit.

Security Deposit Option:

Please charge the refundable $200 security deposit to my card.

I understand that the waiver only covers unintentional damage to the cabin and does not cover the cleaning fee or intentional damage.

Travel Insurance:

By declining insurance, I understand that Ashe Mountain Vacation Rentals does not refund rental fees unless the cabin rebooks and that a $75 cancellation fee applies in that situation.
